Allen Roth's Collection

Allen, allenroth@hotmail.com, comments, The RCA is really interesting as the radio itself "sits" in the floor cabinet, but has a complete mahogany cabinet of its own- in other words, the ersatz Jacobean "desk" was an option at the dealer back in 1927. The stromberg has equalization settings for either RIAA or London "Decca". By the way, they all play beautifully. I listened to the new years eve broadcast from Bush house over the BBC World Servive @ 6 o'clock our time on the Stewart-Warner. The fire works were deafening! Fatastic!
